Discovering My Creative Flow
Where the Work Wants to Happen
Log a session in ten seconds. Over weeks, the ledger shows which days, hours, moon phases and cycle phases your focus keeps returning to — so you can stop guessing when to schedule the deep work.

Not set up yet
Mark a day 1 and the ledger works out the phase for every session from here on.
When the timer finishes it fills in the minutes for you. Any length works — a three-hour studio block as easily as 45.

The year, one square a day
Same idea as your paper tracker, except each square carries the minutes and the whole calendar year is here. Click any square to log that day.
What the ledger is telling you
Day of the week
Time of day
Moon phase
Phase is calculated from the date — no data leaves this page.
Cycle phase
Kind of work
Hour you start
Cycle settings
Set the last start date once and the phase is estimated forward from your typical length — after that, the Cycle started today button on the Today tab is all you need to keep it accurate. Everything stays in this browser: it is never sent anywhere, and it is not in any export you don’t make yourself.
Your data
Sessions live in this browser’s storage on this device. Export now and then so a cleared cache never costs you the record — the CSV opens in any spreadsheet with moon phase and cycle day already worked out per row.
