Day 1, Thursday: 3:00pm - 10:00 pm. Clarity Exercise, Drama Triangle Exercise, Intention Setting Fire Ritual.
Day 2, Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm (2 hour lunch break). Practicing Emotional Intelligence & Somatic Embodiment applied to current challenges in your life/business.
Day 3, Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm (2 hour lunch break). Beliefs Review & Breakthrough, Sufficiency and Abundance Training.
Day 4, Sunday: 8:00am - 1:00pm. Recap, reflect, and script.
Several additional activities will be included and shared as we get closer to the retreat date. They will likely include nature hikes, fire pit gatherings, Kundalini yoga and meditation, and some surprises!

153-acre forest where the Muskogee (Creek native people) once lived, in middle Georgia.

$2,500 - Deep Rest Early Check-in. This reservation adds on an extra day before the retreat starts so you can have a day to yourself for deep rest and to enjoy all of the onsite spa amenities, ground yourself in nature by taking a long hike or bike ride on the trails.

This involves a commitment to curiosity, deep self exploration, and an “all-in” mentality as participants focus on developing their leadership skills, mindfulness and meditation practices, emotional intelligence, conscious communication, and face their personal challenges that keep them from achieving the results they desire.
In each retreat weekend you will learn advanced Kundalini meditations and dive into Conscious Leadership & Communication exercises with the group.
Practicing Emotional Intelligence, Radical Responsibility, Self-Acceptance, and Somatic practices will be at the core of each weekly partner practice.
This is an intentional and spiritually-grounded program designed to take you and your life’s work to the next level, over and over again. Using the tools you learn in this program beyond our time together will support your continued and sustained success.
