STEP NO.1

Month 1

Getting started

We’ll kick things off by sending an engaging introductory email and video to your leadership team and employees, offering a preview of what’s to come over the next year.

From there, your selected leaders can begin scheduling their one-on-one sessions with our vetted, highly trained coaches. Employees will receive access to curated book recommendations, videos, and resources designed to warm them up and get them thinking differently. This early momentum helps lay the foundation for a transformative year ahead.

STEP NO.2

Months 1 - 2

LEADER GOES FIRST

Transformation begins at the top. When leaders go first, they model the change they want to see and signal to their teams that this work matters.

Each registered leader will receive 4 to 6, 45-minute one-on-one coaching sessions per year with a coach of their choice. This leadership-first approach fosters trust, levels the playing field, and demonstrates that growth is a shared commitment across the organization.

STEP NO.3

Months 3 - 12

Group coaching

Over the next 10 months, we’ll deliver monthly in-person (or virtual) group coaching experiences designed to build emotional intelligence, connection, and team alignment.

Each in-office visit includes up to three 90-minute group sessions offered throughout the day, allowing employees to choose the time slot that works best for their schedule. These sessions are highly interactive, fun, and educational.

At the end of our 1-year together, we’ll send out an optional survey to your employees for feedback and reflection to support you in your next chapter of growth.
