Rochonda Ferrelli is a Professional Artist, Creative Mentor, and Leadership Development Coach. She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Creative Leadership & Co., a consultancy dedicated to helping CEOs, executive leaders, and their teams elevate leadership skills and ignite company-wide synergy and productivity.

Rochonda is well-known by her popular crystal-art brand, Magnetic Geodes by Rochonda and has presented her artworks during Art Basel Miami and is showcased in galleries throughout South Florida.

Before her creative awakening, she spent 15 years dedicated to helping small businesses create a bigger impact and 17 years teaching personal and professional development.

In 2019, she began integrating her artistic vision with leadership coaching, drawing on the principles of The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership, for which she is a certified facilitator.
