Meet Rochonda: Artist,Creativity Consultant & Leadership Coach

Rochonda Ferrelli is a Creative Mentor, Professional Artist, and Leadership Development Coach. She is the Principal Consultant of Highest Awakened Potential, a consultancy designed to support CEO’s and their teams in developing their leadership skills, uncovering their Zones of Genius, and accelerating productivity and company-wide synergy.

Rochonda is well-known by her popular crystal-art brand, Magnetic Geodes by Rochonda and has presented her artworks at Art Basel Miami exhibits and is showcased in galleries throughout South Florida.

Before creativity consulting, she spent 20 years dedicated to helping small businesses create a bigger impact through streamlining processes, project management, and developing internal systems to set these companies up for their next level of growth. During this time she also pursued her passion for personal development. This led to her writing an Amazon best-selling book, True Friends, A Revolutionary Approach to Cultivating Conscious Feminine Friendships.

In 2019, she began blending the two worlds of artistic exploration with leadership development and began her work as a Corporate Leadership Coach based on the book, The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership by The Conscious Leadership Group, which she became certified in.

Rochonda additionally holds other certifications in the areas of Life Coaching, Conscious Relationships, Yogic Lifecycles & Lifestyles, Raw Foods, and she is a 3x, Level 2 Kundalini Yoga and Meditation instructor certified through the Kundalini Research Institute.
