Meet Rochonda: Artist,Creativity Consultant & Leadership Coach

Rochonda Ferrelli is a Professional Artist, Creative Mentor, and Leadership Development Coach. She is the Principal Consultant of Highest Awakened Potential, a consultancy designed to support CEO’s and their teams in developing their leadership skills, uncovering their Zones of Genius, and accelerating productivity and igniting company-wide synergy.

Rochonda is well-known by her popular crystal-art brand, Magnetic Geodes by Rochonda and has presented her artworks at Art Basel Miami exhibits and is showcased in galleries throughout South Florida.

Before her creative awakening, she spent 20 years dedicated to helping small businesses create a bigger impact. Her expertise varies over the years but could be summarized as streamlining/organizing complex internal processes, client services, sales, recruitment, new employee onboarding, learning and development, employee enrichment, leadership development, and executive coaching.

In 2019, she began blending the two worlds of artistic exploration with leadership development and began her work as a Corporate Leadership Coach based on the book, The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership by The Conscious Leadership Group, which she became certified in.

This led to her writing an Amazon best-selling book, True Friends, A Revolutionary Approach to Cultivating Conscious Feminine Friendships and creating art fulltime.

Rochonda additionally holds other certifications in the areas of Life Coaching, Conscious Relationships, Yogic Lifecycles & Lifestyles, Raw Foods, and she is a 3x Level 2 Kundalini Yoga and Meditation instructor certified through the Kundalini Research Institute.
