5 Sundays of Guided Creation
Oct 4, 11, 18, 25 & Nov 1 — 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. Each day builds on the last as your painting and your new story evolves.
All Materials Provided
Canvas, acrylic paints, brushes, modeling paste, resin, glitter, Posca paint pens, heat guns, and more — everything is ready for you. Just bring yourself.
Journaling & Vision Work
Specific journaling prompts designed to expand your vision for yourself — opening what you believe is possible for your life.
Lunch in Community
Bring your own lunch. We eat together in community each day — a full kitchen is available for heating up and refrigeration.
Small, Intimate Group
A maximum of 5 participants so you receive individualized guidance and the space to go deep in a safe, held environment.
Beginner & All-Level Friendly
No prior painting experience needed. This is about embodiment and vision — the art is the vehicle, not the destination.

Absolutely not. This workshop is fully beginner and all-level friendly. The painting is a tool for self-expression and vision — not a test of technical skill. Rochonda will guide you every step of the way.
A respirator mask for resin day (your own, purchased beforehand), comfortable clothes and shoes you don't mind getting paint or resin on, and your own lunch. A full kitchen is available for heating up and refrigeration. All art materials are fully provided.
The workshop is held in Sunrise, FL. The exact address will be shared with registered participants after enrollment.
