From Corporate Career Burnout to Full-time Creative Entrepreneur
Over the past 15 years of teaching + exploring personal development, I’ve picked up on a handful of tools that resulted in undeniable shifts and transformed my life, and my life’s work, in magical, yet seemingly practical ways.
The first part of my awakening journey was intense and involved years of healing, therapy, and 10,000+ hours learning, experimenting, and integrating new ways of thinking and being in the world.
I became quite the “manifestor” receiving countless gifts and upgrades from the Universe. I developed mediumship abilities to connect directly with my Higher Self, Spiritual Guides, and Angels, which I consider one of the coolest things I’ve manifested for myself.
Additionally, I was able to manifest my beautiful and cozy home, my long standing marriage of 17 years, a healthy, happy and kind daughter, a conscious lifestyle, and a successful career path dedicated to personal growth work for myself and others. (I selfishly do this work because I love it so much. It is my highest passion alongside my zone of genius of creating art.)
After years on this radical journey of learning and growth, it is now my calling to help other Conscious Entrepreneurs show up fully, lead authentically, and unapologetically go after what they most want in this short life.

This 4-day retreat will be a portal of reflection, wonder, exploration, and learning.
I have a passion for sharing the best of the best - I’ve always been this way. When I know a hack or a better way of doing things, it is my upmost joy to share this with others. And that’s what this retreat is all about, giving you new unconventional tools, helping you understand your energetic system as a whole and how it creates reality (which is much more than the visualizing techniques you’ve been told about), and helping you organically manifest your next level life and business - over and over and over again.
The Alchemy Retreat teaches you a sustainable system for continuously calling in your next level and highest evolution. Instead of your next chapter taking years and decades to unfold, what I’m going to teach you will speed up the manifesting process to days, weeks, and months.
Each day we’ll spend time activating our Kundalini energy, tapping into what wants to be created, looking at what blocks are holding you back, and learning new tools that will propel you and your vision forward.
There will be magic each day and night via ritual, release, and calling in.

Before the Retreat
The coaching begins in the weeks before the in-person retreat takes place when you'll work through and submit your Alchemy Workbook for review. This will help Ro understand where you are coming from in your life and business and where you would like to be so she knows how to best support you.

During Alchemy Retreat
During Alchemy you’ll receive take home materials outlining the processes and new technologies that you’ll learn during our time together. These will be a combination of powerful energy enhancement technologies involving: Kundalini and presencing meditations, Conscious Communication practices, Emotional and Body Intelligence practices, and a new understanding of living an abundant life that’s in integrity with what you most want.

Post Retreat Accountability
Let’s face it. Life gets busy. And when you’ve been away for a bit from your business it can be a lot to make sure you stay on top of what you learned and actually integrate the things you felt most connected to at the retreat. So, following the retreat there will be a 90-min group gathering for a shared reflection.

In-person Retreat: September 19 - 22, 2024
Deep Rest Extra Day Add-on, this optional add on allows you to check into the property the day before the retreat for some extra time to yourself. Enjoy the peace and quiet, take naps, journal in nature, relax in the hot tub, meditate in the infrared sauna, go for a bicycle ride or nature walk in the enchanted forrest to mentally prepare.
Day 1, Thursday: 4:00pm Standard Check-in. Get settled in, Community Dinner, and Fire Ritual.
Day 2, Friday: 7:00am yoga + optional cold plunge. Practicing Emotional Intelligence + Maximizing Your Energy, 2-hour Lunch + Break, and Nature Hike EQ Integration.
Day 3, Saturday: 7:00am yoga + optional cold plunge. Beliefs Review & Breakthroughs, Somatic Embodiment applied to current challenges in your life/business, 2-hour Lunch + Break, Integrity review and Conscious Communication.
Day 4, Sunday: 8:00am - 1:00pm. Recap, reflect, wonder, and script. Close with sufficiency and abundance training.
Note, this Agenda is not all inclusive, but more of a glimpse into each day.
There will be plenty of time for magic, rest, 1:1 time, exploration of the property, and time to enjoy the many amenities while snacking on nuts and juicy, fresh fruit and sipping on tea.

In this package you’ll have an extra retreat day making the retreat 5 days instead of 4. You’ll arrive on Sept. 18th and have quiet time to yourself for using the property’s spa amenities, deep rest, alone time for reflection, and recharge.

This is the standard retreat package where you’ll join all attendees in transformation over the next 4 days. You’ll still have time for rest, reflection, and recharging, but less than the Deep Rest package which includes an extra day.

This retreat is for anyone who is consciously creating their life and their life’s work. Whether you are an entrepreneur, a professional with a passionate side-hustle, or you’d like to become a full-time professional creative, this retreat is for you.

This is an all-inclusive retreat meaning, 3 meals a day, your sleeping accommodations, all on-site spa + recreational amenities, printed materials, and the program itself is included in the price.
Travel to and from the retreat is not included. Travel to and from the property from the airport will be arranged via car service and split equally. Budget $75-$125 each way.
We are also looking at another option that would make this ride share around $25 per person, however, this is being worked out.The drive is a 90-min ride.
