Meet the INSTRUCTOR
Rochonda Ferrelli (Ro) is a Professional Artist with a background in Corporate Training, Conscious Leadership Coaching, and Employee Benefit Administration.
After experiencing a midlife “creative awakening” she rekindled her relationship to her unique Zone of Genius, making art, in 2019 and is now a full-time Creative Entrepreneur specializing in custom art commissions, leadership development, large-scale public art, and creative mentorship programs for those who feel the call to explore their creativity.

Pricing depends on a few factors. The size of the art you’d like to create, how many canvases/walls are involved and their measurements, how many employees will be participating, and how many offices the artist will travel to.
Packages start at $5,000 and go up.

We can accommodate groups of 25 to 200 for a 1-day art experience.
For groups larger than 200, a multi-day layout and multi-canvas demonstration will be arranged.

There will be four groups of employees to attend throughout the day with a max of 50 employees in each group.
8:30 - 10:00 - Group 1
10:30 - 12:00 - Group 2
12:00 - 1:00 - Facilitators Lunch
1:00 - 2:30 - Group 3
3:00 - 4:30 - Group 4

The art we create together is pre-planned and appropriate for beginners and experts. It is meant to be fun, mentally stimulating, and an engaging experience for everyone.

Many professionals do not consider themselves creative. And sadly, many adults have lost touch with their creative and playful essence.
We understand that and it is the main reason why we want to bring these workshops into corporate spaces.Studies show that when adults engage in creative activities (music, painting, writing, strategic gaming), they experience reduced stress, improved mental health, and enhanced cognitive function. Creativity acts as a "workout" for the brain, strengthening neural networks, promoting feelings of autonomy, and potentially lowering mortality risk. Even short-term engagement can boost positive emotions and foster a "younger" brain.

STEP 1
We’ll start off with a free consultation call or zoom meeting.
Please have the decision makers on this call.
Have a wall in mind that you’d like art on.
Bring your ideas to this call!
I’ll also have ideas to screen share with you or they can be emailed in advance.
STEP 2
On the call I’ll review your measurements and ideas and share my expertise and ideas as well. Based on this information, a rough estimate will be provided. However, depending on special requests we will send a finalized quote via email.
STEP 3
Pay in full is required. If an exception for partial payment is needed, just ask, and for a small additional admin fee, we can set that up for you.
STEP 4
We’ll have a 30-min call a week or two before the workshop to review final details.
STEP 5
See the “Schedule” under FAQ’s. We’ll need to arrive 1-hour before start time. And need 30-minutes after for clean up.
STEP 6
In many cases, I’ll need to take the art with me for drying and finalizing details such as framing, glass, resin, correcting any mistakes.
STEP 7
The artwork will then be delivered a week or two after and a final group photo can be taken!

On this call we’ll review your participating team size, the number of offices involved, and the wall space you’d like to hang the artwork, and the price. Rochonda mostly services South Florida areas (Miami Dade, Broward County, West Palm Beach) however she does travel to Naples and Tampa and will travel out of state for multi-office clients.
