It includes direct delivery with security protocols, special care and handling in a temperature controlled environment. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Free local pickup is available in Sunrise, Florida. Address will be provided at time of purchase. No storage fee is charged. Customers have 30-days to collect their piece. Pick-up appointments can be scheduled via email at hello@rochondaferrelli.com after purchase.
All artwork purchases are non-refundable. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
